🎓 Experience: 4–8 Years in Retail
📋 Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-driven Department Manager who will be responsible for managing a specific department within the store, driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
The candidate should have strong leadership ability and a clear understanding of retail KPIs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Drive department sales and achieve monthly targets
Monitor KPIs (Conversion, ATV, UPT, Footfall)
Supervise and motivate the sales team
Ensure high standards of customer service
Manage inventory, stock replenishment & shrinkage control
Maintain visual merchandising standards
Train and coach team members for performance improvement
Prepare daily & weekly sales reports

Inventory management knowledge
