AORE offers nationally and internationally accredited retail education programs including Retail Management, Beauty & Wellness Management, Career Development Program, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Add-on Retail Courses, and Gems & Jewellery courses. Registration and Enrollment

AORE reserves the right to verify the information provided and reject or terminate enrollment if false information is detected. Course Access and Completion
Upon enrollment, students will receive access to course materials and learning resources as specified in their chosen program. Course completion timelines, curriculum details, and requirements will be communicated at the time of enrollment. AORE reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and delivery methods with reasonable notice to enrolled students to ensure industry relevance.
Payment Terms
All course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule before course access is granted. Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students will pay the fee agreed upon at the time of enrollment. AORE accepts payment through various methods including bank transfer and online payment gateways as specified during enrollment.
Job Assistance Services
AORE provides 100% job assistance through its dedicated placement team to connect students with top retail companies in India and abroad. While AORE works diligently to facilitate employment opportunities, enrollment does not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes. Job assistance is contingent upon successful course completion and meeting employer requirements.
Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, content, curriculum designs, logos, trademarks, and website design are the exclusive property of AORE and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may use course materials solely for personal educational purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any content without written permission from AORE.
Student Conduct and Responsibilities
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior, participate actively in learning activities, complete assignments and assessments as required, respect fellow students and faculty members, and attend scheduled classes or complete online modules within specified timeframes. Students agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the services, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of course materials, hacking, or distributing malware.
Accreditation and Certification
AORE programs carry national accreditations that provide students with competitive advantages in the job market. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of course requirements, including assessments, projects, and attendance criteria. AORE reserves the right to withhold certification if students fail to meet completion standards or violate conduct policies.
Limitation of Liability
AORE provides quality education and career guidance based on industry standards and best practices. However, AORE does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placement, salary levels, or professional advancement. AORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The total liability of AORE shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course or service.
Force Majeure
AORE shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, AORE will make reasonable efforts to continue providing services through alternative means.
Termination
AORE reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access to services for violation of these terms, non-payment, misconduct, or any conduct deemed harmful to AORE, faculty, or other students. Students may withdraw from programs subject to the Refund Policy terms outlined separately.
Amendments
AORE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the registered location of AORE.
