📍 Location: Mumbai (Premium Mall / High Street)
🎓 Experience: 2–6 Years in Luxury / Premium Retail
📋 Role Overview:
We are looking for a sophisticated and sales-driven Client Advisor who can deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience and build long-term relationships with high-value clients. The ideal candidate should understand premium service standards and relationship-based selling.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized and memorable customer experiences
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain detailed client database (CRM) for repeat business
Provide expert product knowledge and styling consultation
Handle VIP clients with professionalism and discretion
Ensure store VM standards align with luxury brand guidelines
Follow up with customers for after-sales service and future purchases
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Luxury selling experience preferred
Excellent grooming and presentation
High conversion ability and target orientation
Relationship-building & client retention skills
Strong product storytelling ability
Basic CRM & billing knowledge
🔹 Candidate Profile:
Graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, or watch brands
Confident personality with premium customer-handling skills
Immediate joiners preferred
