Job Role: Cluster Manager
📋 Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee multiple store operations within the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading Store Managers to achieve business objectives.
This role requires strong business acumen, leadership capability, and multi-location management experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage performance of multiple stores within the cluster
Drive sales targets and revenue growth across all locations
Monitor KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Shrinkage, Productivity)
Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and key team members
Ensure SOP compliance and operational excellence
Conduct regular store audits and performance reviews
Manage inventory control and minimize stock loss
Analyze sales reports and implement corrective strategies
Coordinate with HO for marketing, VM, and inventory planning

Strong multi-store leadership & team management
Business planning & sales forecasting ability
Deep understanding of retail KPIs
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Excellent problem-solving & decision-making ability
People development & coaching skills
P&L understanding and financial awareness
Strong communication & negotiation skills
🔹 Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Proven experience managing 3–10 stores
Strong track record of target achievement
Willingness to travel within assigned region
