📋 Role Overview:
Responsible for managing multiple stores within a specific area and driving overall sales growth.

Monitor sales performance of assigned stores
Guide Store Managers to achieve targets
Analyze KPIs and improve productivity
Conduct regular store visits & audits
Ensure SOP compliance
Implement promotional campaigns
