Job Title: Cluster Manager – Retail
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail store operations within a designated cluster. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store teams, ensuring brand standards, and delivering excellent customer experience across all stores.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster
• Achieve cluster sales targets and improve store profitability
• Monitor store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
• Train and support Store Managers and retail staff
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service across all stores

Qualification
• Graduate / MBA in Retail Management or Business Administration (Preferred)
