Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles such as Store Manager, Fashion Consultant, and Visual Merchandiser.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for retail operations.
Handle employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Monitor employee performance and conduct appraisals.
Resolve employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with store managers for workforce planning and staffing needs.
Maintain HR reports, attendance, and employee records.
Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
