Key Responsibilities
Manage daily boutique operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Provide premium customer service and create a personalized shopping experience.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product displays.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
Ensure boutique follows brand guidelines and store SOPs.
Build long-term customer relationships to increase repeat business.
