We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Executive who will handle the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic or initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Coordinate with candidates for offer letters and joining formalities.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
