Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Learning & Development Manager who will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for store employees to enhance their sales performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills. The role focuses on building a high-performing retail team through continuous learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs for retail store staff.

Conduct product knowledge and sales training sessions.

Train employees on customer service standards and brand experience.

Organize onboarding training for new hires.

Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance improvement.

Coordinate with store managers and HR teams to identify training needs.

Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.

Support retail teams in achieving sales targets and service excellence.
