Job Summary
The Retail HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with retail leadership and store operations teams to align HR strategies with business goals. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning to support the growth and efficiency of retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with retail leadership and store managers to implement HR strategies.
Manage recruitment and manpower planning for retail stores.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Handle performance management and employee development.
Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed across stores.
Address employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions.
Work closely with L&D teams to plan employee training programs.
Required Skills
Strong HR business partnering skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Knowledge of retail operations and workforce planning
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Good employee engagement and people management skills
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Experience
Experience in retail, fashion, luxury brands, or mall retail operations
Managing HR for multiple store locations or regions
