Job Summary

A Stockist is responsible for managing the store inventory and stock operations. The role ensures proper stock receiving, storage, replenishment, and inventory accuracy in the retail store.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and check incoming stock from warehouse

Maintain stock room organization and inventory records

Ensure proper stock replenishment on the sales floor

Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits

Monitor stock levels and report shortages

Coordinate with store manager and sales team for stock availability

Handle stock transfers and returns

Required Skills

Strong inventory management skills

Good attention to detail

Basic MS Excel / stock management system knowledge

Good organizational skills

Ability to handle stock handling and store operations
