🎯 Job Summary
We are seeking a performance-driven Department Manager to lead a retail department, drive sales targets, manage team performance, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and solid knowledge of retail operations.
🛒 Key Responsibilities
Drive department sales and achieve monthly & quarterly targets
Monitor and improve key retail KPIs (Conversion, ATV, UPT, Sell-through)
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
Oversee stock management, replenishment, and shrinkage control
Analyze daily sales reports and take corrective actions
Handle escalated customer complaints professionally
Coordinate with Store Manager for smooth store operations
🎓 Qualification & Experience
Graduate (Postgraduate preferred)
3+ years of experience in retail industry
Minimum 1–2 years team handling experience
