Job Overview
The Department Manager is responsible for managing a specific department within the store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the assigned retail department.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate Sales Associates and Fashion Consultants.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and other departments.
• Train and guide team members to improve performance.
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
