🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Department Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and manage team productivity. The candidate will be responsible for achieving department targets while ensuring excellent customer experience and brand standards.
🛒 Key Responsibilities
Drive department sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Monitor and improve KPIs (Conversion, ATV, UPT, Sell-through)
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Ensure high standards of customer service
Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Manage inventory, stock replenishment & shrinkage control
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance analysis
Handle customer escalations professionally
Coordinate with Store Manager for smooth operations
