Education Qualification: Under Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.

Job Description

1. Achieve Daily & Monthly sales targets.
2. Store setting up.
3. Excellent Customer service.
4. Customer & product feedback Regional manager.
5. To communicate effectively with customers regarding the Promos and offers and handle customer complaints effectively.
6. To develop rapport with other colleagues and be a good team member.
7. To take initiative and have high work standards.
8. Reconcile physical stock with stock as per system.
9. Drive same stores growth through operational efficiency.
10. Store and section visual merchandising.
11. Execution of in store promotion.
12. Merchandize Replenishment.
13. Promotion execution.
14. To maintain the furniture and fixtures of the store.
15. Stock Planning.
16. Initiate BTL Activity to boost Store’s sales.
17. Analyze and Survey market to know about fashion trends and potential users in market.
