Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support the merchandising team in planning, product coordination, and inventory management. The role involves working closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in product planning and assortment selection
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order processing
Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability
Support in pricing, tagging, and product display coordination
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Maintain product data, records, and documentation
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and dispatch timelines
Work closely with warehouse and store teams
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of merchandising or retail operations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze basic sales data
Qualification:
Graduate (BBA / B.Com / Fashion / Retail Management preferred)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of fashion/retail industry
Experience in inventory or supply chain coordination
Understanding of product trends and customer preferences
