Job Summary:

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role focuses on achieving business targets while maintaining brand standards and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
Achieve sales targets and maximize store revenue
Lead, train, and motivate the store team
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and shrinkage control
Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
Handle store audits, reports, and daily sales tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage staff scheduling and attendance
Required Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
Customer handling and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream)
MBA / Retail Management preferred
Experience in retail store management is mandatory
