ob Title: Area Retail Head
Job Summary:
The Area Retail Head is responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within a defined region, driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a superior customer experience. This role focuses on team leadership, business growth, and brand standards across all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals across all stores
Monitor KPIs like conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and footfall
Identify opportunities to maximize sales and profitability
Analyze sales reports and implement action plans
2. Store Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all stores
Maintain SOP compliance and operational standards
Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and stock availability
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
3. Team Leadership & Development
Manage, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
Drive team productivity and engagement
Ensure proper staffing and manpower planning
4. Customer Experience
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across stores
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
Implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives
5. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all stores
Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and product presentation
Coordinate with VM team for seasonal displays
6. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports
Track store-wise performance and suggest improvements
Coordinate with HO for business updates
7. Expansion & New Store Setup
Support new store openings and setup
Ensure smooth onboarding of new teams
Coordinate with different departments during store launches
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of retail operations and KPIs
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Retail management certification is a plus
