Position: Retail Operations Head

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead end-to-end retail operations across multiple stores
✔️ Drive revenue growth, P&L management & profitability
✔️ Manage and mentor Cluster, Area & Store Managers
✔️ Ensure SOP compliance, audit standards & process excellence
✔️ Elevate customer experience aligned with premium brand standards
✔️ Oversee VM execution, inventory planning & shrinkage control
✔️ Execute store expansion strategy & new store launches
