Department Manager store ke ek specific department (menswear, womenswear, footwear, etc.) ko manage karta hai. Is role ka main objective sales increase karna, team ko manage karna aur customer experience improve karna hota hai.
Key Responsibilities
Department ki daily sales performance monitor karna aur targets achieve karna.
Sales Associates aur staff ko guide aur motivate karna.
Customer service ensure karna aur complaints handle karna.
Store me visual merchandising standards maintain karna.
Stock availability aur inventory management check karna.
Store manager ko sales report aur performance report dena.
Promotions aur offers ko customers tak effectively communicate karna.
Team training aur development activities manage karna.
