We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee multiple store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store teams, achieving business targets, and delivering superior customer experience.

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage and oversee operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster
✔️ Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability across stores
✔️ Monitor store KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, etc.)
✔️ Ensure SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and audit standards
✔️ Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and their teams
✔️ Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
✔️ Ensure inventory accuracy, stock planning & shrinkage control
✔️ Handle escalations and improve customer satisfaction
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams (HR, VM, Supply Chain, Marketing)
✔️ Support new store openings and expansion plans
