🛍️ Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete store operations and daily activities
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Lead, train, and motivate store team
Ensure excellent customer service standards
Maintain store visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Handle inventory management and stock control
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and reporting
Coordinate with head office and management
