Job Title: Department Manager
🛍️ Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a specific department within the store
Drive sales and achieve department-wise targets
Ensure excellent customer service experience
Monitor product availability and stock levels
Maintain visual merchandising standards for the department
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
Train and guide team members (CSA / Sales Associates)
Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
Coordinate with Store Manager for overall operations
