Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily floor operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with sales team to achieve targets
Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising standards
Train and guide team members for better performance
Ensure proper stock display and inventory coordination
Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
