Job Title: Store Manager – Retail
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store team, achieving targets, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Performance
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Drive store KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, etc.)
• Plan and execute sales strategies
2. Team Management
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff
• Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching
3. Customer Experience
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Maintain premium service standards
4. Store Operations
• Oversee daily store operations
• Ensure visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
• Maintain store hygiene and display standards
5. Inventory Management
• Manage stock levels and replenishment
• Conduct stock audits and minimize shrinkage
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply team
6. Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies
• Maintain billing accuracy and cash handling
