The Academy of Retail Excellence (AORE) conducts an advanced Retail Aptitude Test (RAT) designed to assess career readiness in the retail industry. Through AI-based video assessments, case studies, and general aptitude tests (personality, communication, retail knowledge, etc.), professionals can evaluate their skills for roles such as FA, CSA, Sr. FA, ASM, DM, Store Manager, District Manager, and Cluster Manager.

At the end of the assessment, participants receive a detailed report explained by our career counselors, helping them chart their career development plan.
